Als Chief of Staff to CMO sorgst du direkt neben unserer CMO für Tempo und Klarheit im Marketing-Department. Du übernimmst Projekte, wie den Aufbau unserer Academy end-to-end, baust Prozesse dort auf, wo noch keine existieren und stellst sicher, dass Entscheidungen schnell, fundiert und nachvollziehbar getroffen werden. Diese Rolle ist zentral für unser weiteres Wachstum.
Neue High-Revenue-Initiativen wie den Academy-Aufbau verantwortest du end-to-end, von der ersten Idee bis zum profitablen Launch.
Prozesse baust du dort auf, wo noch keine existieren: dokumentiert, delegierbar und wiederholbar.
Du betreibst unser Decision Operating System: entscheidungsreife Vorlagen mit Optionen und Zahlen, Meeting-Agenden 48h im Voraus und konsequentes Nachhalten von Commitments.
Als Schnittstelle zwischen CMO, CEO, Finance, Agenturen und Team-Leads orchestrierst du das Stakeholder-Management auf C-Level.
Aus Zahlen wie CM3, Kohorten, Kampagnen-KPIs, leitest du klare Entscheidungsvorlagen und Empfehlungen ab.
Ziel im ersten Jahr: mindestens ein neues Revenue-Projekt live und profitabel, Entscheidungen im Department in max. 72 Stunden, Meetings pünktlich und mit Agenda.
Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung darin, Projekte ohne Vorlage zum Laufen zu bringen, vorzugsweise im Scale-up, in der Beratung oder im High-Growth-D2C-Umfeld.
Excel und Google Sheets beherrschst du fließend, Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Holistics ist ein Plus.
Strukturiertheit ist dein Naturell, du schaffst Ordnung und Klarheit für andere und arbeitest fehlerfrei und präzise.
Exzellentes Stakeholder-Management und Kommunikationsstärke bis auf C-Level zeichnen dich aus, das Ganze auch mindestens auf C1 Level in deutsch.
Du bist AI-native, nutzt Claude, ChatGPT & Co. täglich als Arbeitshebel und bewegst dich sicher in Asana, Google Workspace und Slack.
Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Ruhe in dynamischen Phasen und die Fähigkeit, über Klarheit statt Hierarchie zu führen, zeichnen dich aus.
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mindestens auf C1 Niveau) und gutes Englisch setzen wir voraus.
