Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Maintenance, spécialisé(e) dans les processus de maintenance et la gestion des actifs industriels, afin d’accompagner nos clients dans l’optimisation de leur organisation, de leurs processus et de leurs outils EAM/GMAO.
01Vos missions
- Analyser les processus et pratiques métiers liés à la maintenance et à la gestion des actifs : maintenance préventive et corrective, gestion des équipements, ordres de travail, interventions, stocks et pièces de rechange.
- Identifier les axes d’amélioration et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Accompagner l’évolution des processus de maintenance préventive et corrective.
- Travailler sur la gestion des équipements, des ordres de travail, des stocks et pièces de rechange.
- Participer à la conception et à l’évolution des outils EAM/GMAO.
- Animer des ateliers avec les équipes métier et IT.
- Réaliser les tests et accompagner les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des solutions.
- Rédiger les documents fonctionnels et les modes opératoires.
- Assurer le suivi des demandes et apporter un support fonctionnel.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques et de la performance maintenance.
02Vos compétences
- Bac+5, avec 3 ans minimum d’expérience dans la maintenance, les méthodes, la gestion des actifs, l’AMOA ou le conseil fonctionnel.
- Bonne connaissance des processus de maintenance industrielle (BTP).
- Maîtrise des notions de maintenance préventive/corrective, ordres de travail, équipements, stocks et pièces de rechange.
- Intérêt pour les outils EAM/GMAO.
- Une connaissance d’Hexagon EAM est un plus, mais n’est pas indispensable.
- Bonnes capacités d’analyse, de communication et de synthèse.
- Intervenir sur des problématiques d’interfaçage avec les autres systèmes de l’entreprise (ERP, IoT, GTB, outils de reporting…) en apportant votre expertise métier.
- Anglais professionnel apprécié.
