Paris La Défense Arena est la plus grande enceinte d’Europe qui accueille des concerts, des spectacles, des évènements spéciaux (de la convention d’entreprise aux défilés de mode en passant par les salons professionnels) et des évènements sportifs, dont l’organisation des matchs de Rugby du Racing 92, club de Rugby professionnel.
Ultra moderne et innovante, Paris La Défense Aréna se caractérise par une modularité exceptionnelle et un accueil de qualité de ses clients, prestataires et collaborateurs.
Depuis son inauguration en octobre 2017 avec les Rolling Stones, Paris La Défense Arena a significativement augmenté le nombre d’évènements accueillis chaque saison et a pris soin de se diversifier (évènements d’entreprise et évènements privés sans billetterie grand public).
01Vos missions
Rattaché(e) à un chef de projet, vous aurez pour principales missions :
- La mise en place et le suivi de la stratégie Expérience Spectateur du Racing 92 ;
- Le développement des différentes activations évènementiel ;
- La mise en place de l’Expérience Spectateur à Paris la Défense Arena ou en délocalisation lors des matchs du Racing 92 à domicile ;
- L’organisation et la mise en place d’événements hors-matchs Racing 92
- Recherche et gestion des prestataires liés à l’activité évènementiel post et jour d’évènement
- Gestion de l’opération billetterie « Cœur solidaire » Racing 92
Le périmètre des missions peut évoluer en fonction de la programmation de Paris La Défense Arena.
02Vos compétences
- Vous devrez idéalement être issu(e) d'une formation dans le commerce, la communication, le marketing ou l'événementiel.
- Une bonne connaissance du monde du sport et de l’Entertainment en général serait également un plus.
- Vous êtes proactif(ve), autonome, créatif et dynamique. Vous avez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles et une certaine aisance relationnelle.
