Nous recherchons pour notre client, acteur reconnu du secteur des services, un Administrateur Systèmes & Réseaux afin de renforcer l’équipe Infrastructure de sa Direction des Systèmes d’Information.
01Vos missions
VOS MISSIONS :
Intégré(e) à l’équipe Infrastructure et rattaché(e) au Responsable Infrastructure & Support, vous intervenez sur l’administration, l’exploitation, l’évolution et la sécurisation des infrastructures informatiques.
Exploitation et administration de l’infrastructure
- Garantir le bon fonctionnement, la disponibilité et la continuité de service des infrastructures IT ;
- Administrer, maintenir et superviser les environnements serveurs, réseaux, postes de travail, solutions cloud et outils collaboratifs ;
- Assurer la supervision des infrastructures (serveurs, réseaux, stockage) et intervenir en cas d’incident ;
- Gérer les sauvegardes, les mises à jour ainsi que les plans de continuité d’activité ;
- Administrer les environnements Microsoft : Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune ainsi que les tenants Azure ;
- Gérer les comptes utilisateurs, les droits d’accès et les politiques de sécurité ;
- Développer et maintenir des scripts PowerShell complexes afin d’automatiser les tâches d’administration.
Sécurité des systèmes d’information
- Appliquer et faire évoluer les politiques de sécurité informatique ;
- Identifier les vulnérabilités des systèmes, réseaux et environnements cloud, puis mettre en œuvre les actions de remédiation ;
- Participer au durcissement des infrastructures et aux audits de sécurité ;
- Gérer les incidents de sécurité et assurer leur suivi jusqu’à leur résolution ;
- Sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité.
Projets d’évolution et amélioration continue
- Participer aux projets techniques (migration, modernisation, automatisation, sécurisation des infrastructures) ;
- Assurer le cadrage technique, le déploiement, la coordination et le reporting des projets confiés ;
- Être force de proposition pour améliorer les performances, la fiabilité et la sécurité du système d’information ;
- Assurer une veille technologique active afin d’anticiper les évolutions des infrastructures et des solutions Microsoft.
Support et coordination
- Prendre en charge les incidents techniques de niveau 2 et 3 sur les environnements systèmes, réseaux et cloud ;
- Diagnostiquer les incidents complexes et mettre en œuvre les solutions adaptées ;
- Apporter un renfort ponctuel au support de proximité lorsque nécessaire ;
- Accompagner les utilisateurs et contribuer à leur montée en compétences ;
- Assurer la coordination avec les prestataires et partenaires techniques externes.
Documentation et capitalisation
- Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique ainsi que les procédures d’exploitation ;
- Produire des rapports d’activité, comptes rendus d’intervention et synthèses sur l’état des infrastructures ;
- Mettre à jour les référentiels techniques et contribuer à la capitalisation des connaissances.

02Vos compétences
De formation Bac+2 minimum en Informatique, vous justifiez d’au moins 7 années d’expérience sur un poste d’Administrateur Systèmes & Réseaux avec une forte dimension MCO et gestion de projets d’infrastructure.
Vous maîtrisez les environnements Microsoft On-Premise et Cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune), les infrastructures Windows, les réseaux ainsi que l’automatisation via PowerShell.
Une certification Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 et/ou ITIL constitue un véritable atout.
