02About the role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll run interview scheduling and candidate communication for Vercel’s hiring teams, so every candidate gets a smooth, efficient process. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the Recruiting team, using Guide Scheduling and Greenhouse to keep every candidate moving. During onsite interviews, you’ll host candidates and provide a white glove experience. This is a contract role with potential to hire. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

03What you’ll do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers using Gem Scheduling, keeping each process smooth and efficient
• Host candidates during onsite interviews and make each visit run smoothly
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
• Track candidate progress and keep records accurate and current in Greenhouse
• Partner with hiring teams to understand their recruiting needs and priorities, and help with job descriptions, job postings, resume review, and sourcing when needed

04What you need

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience scheduling candidates and tracking their progress in Greenhouse or a similar ATS
• Track record of managing and scheduling interviews for multiple hiring teams
• Working knowledge of HR databases and recruitment marketing tools

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $96,000.00 - $125,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
