  • Strong understanding of the European retail landscape, including major retail partners, omnichannel marketing strategies, regional market dynamics, and localization requirements.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing retail marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that deliver measurable commercial impact, including improved sell-through, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with experience managing marketing budgets, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and translating performance data into actionable recommendations.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence senior internal leaders and external retail partners across multiple markets.

  • Ability to quickly assess business priorities, navigate ambiguity, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic leadership with a willingness to be hands-on when needed. Willingness to travel up to 25%, including periodic visits to WHOOP headquarters in Boston, MA.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
