Buscamos um(a) consultor(a) com sólida experiência em Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM para atuar como apoio especializado à equipe global de CRM do cliente final. A Oportunidade é PJ. O profissional irá atuar em atividades de configuração, desenvolvimento, suporte, manutenção, automação, integrações, análise funcional e técnica, além de apoiar usuários e equipes internas, trabalhando com autonomia e senso crítico dentro das diretrizes definidas pela equipe de CRM.
01NECESSÁRIO ESPANHOL FLUENTE
Requisitos
Atividades Desenvolvimento e configuração de CRM Configurar, personalizar e evoluir soluções em Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Desenvolver e manter plugins, workflows, Power Automate, scripts, componentes, regras de negócio e extensões da plataforma. Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções funcionais e técnicas viáveis, mantendo uma abordagem prática e orientada à entrega. Colaborar na gestão de entidades, formulários, visões e regras de negócio. Automação de processos Projetar e manter fluxos de automação utilizando Power Automate. Participar do desenvolvimento de aplicações de apoio utilizando Power Apps. Contribuir para iniciativas de otimização e digitalização de processos internos. Integrações Colaborar em integrações entre Dynamics 365 e sistemas corporativos. Participar da definição e validação de interfaces com plataformas como MuleSoft, sistemas internos e serviços externos. Realizar testes técnicos e acompanhar incidentes relacionados às integrações. Suporte e manutenção Analisar e resolver incidentes de segundo nível. Executar atividades de manutenção corretiva e evolutiva. Participar de implantações e validações em ambientes de desenvolvimento, homologação e produção. Colaborar na documentação técnica de soluções e procedimentos. Trabalho em equipe Participar ativamente de cerimônias ágeis (Scrum). Colaborar com equipes de negócio, arquitetura, integração e infraestrutura. Contribuir para as boas práticas de desenvolvimento e qualidade de software. Requisitos Conhecimentos técnicos Obrigatórios Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
