01Vos missions
Au sein de notre bureau d’études, en lien direct et quotidien avec la production, vous prenez en charge la conception électronique complète des cartes, de la schématique à l’industrialisation :
Analyse du besoin client et définition de l’architecture
Choix des composants selon les contraintes (techniques, mécaniques, CEM, industrialisation)
Réalisation des schémas et du routage PCB sous Altium Designer
Suivi des prototypes, mise au point et validation (essais environnementaux, bancs de test)
Industrialisation : programmes de sérigraphie et de pose CMS, dossiers de fabrication, support à l’équipe de fabrication
Design to Cost : optimisation des nomenclatures (BOM) et des coûts de revient de produits existants
Redesign hardware de produits récurrents, notamment pour traiter les obsolescences de composants
02Vos compétences
Technicien·ne confirmé·e en CAO électronique ou ingénieur·e avec 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en conception de cartes : les deux profils nous intéressent
Maîtrise indispensable d’Altium Designer (schéma + routage)
Solides bases en électronique analogique et numérique
Expérience du choix de composants, de la gestion de nomenclature et de l’industrialisation
Un plus : notions de Solidworks, développement logiciel embarqué (C, microcontrôleurs)
Autonomie, rigueur, intérêt pour les produits techniques et compacts
03Environnement technique
Logiciels : Altium Designer, Solidworks, Git
Composants : Microchip, STM32, drivers, convertisseurs, capteurs, modules RF…
Contraintes : température, humidité, vibrations, compacité, low energy, CEM
