Vi söker dig som vill arbeta som personlig assistent som vikarie och även få vissa arbetspass inbokade långt i förväg. Personen som söker en till assistent tycker om att tala mycket med sina assistenter och personen är relativt social. Personen arbetar på ofta på vardagarna och arbetar du t.ex. vardagar åker du med och ger han assistans på hans arbete också.
I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat: Förflyttningar, handräckning, personlig hygien och följa med på olika aktiviteter.
Om dig: Vi ser gärna att du har yrkesmässig erfarenhet av vård och omsorg och har erfarenhet av att arbeta som personlig assistent.
Du är tålmodig och ordningsam rökfri, ansvarstagande och har inga problem att växla upp när det behövs samtidigt som du är lyhörd och kan inta en mer avvaktande roll.
Du behöver vara psykisk och fysiskt stark då det förekommer förflyttningar.
Meriterande: Om du idag arbetar som personlig assistent eller har gjort det tidigare. Det är också meriterande om du har körkort för manuell bil.
Arbetstider: Du behöver i första hand kunna arbeta mellan kl. 07.45 - 07.45 i alla en dag i veckan. Men vi är flexibla och det finns många andra arbetstider också t.ex. 07.45 - 15.00 på vardagar och på helger ofta 9-15 eller 9-19.
Omfattning: Vid behov.
Lön: Vi tillämpar individuell lönesättning. Övriga ersättningar så som t.ex. ob/skifttillägg i enlighet med kollektivavtal.
Övrigt: För att kunna bli anställd hos oss behöver du ha ett bank-id.
