Für einen Kunden, eine öffentliche Verwaltung im Kanton Luzern, suchen wir einen erfahrenen System Engineer On-Premises Plattform, der den stabilen Betrieb einer vielseitigen IT-Infrastruktur sicherstellt und deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv mitgestaltet. Sie arbeiten in einem eingespielten Infrastrukturteam und bringen Ihre Erfahrung in Virtualisierung, Serverbetrieb und Automatisierung ein.
- Sicherstellung des stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betriebs der On-Premises-Infrastruktur inklusive Monitoring und 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Virtualisierungsumgebungen mit VMware und Proxmox VE
- Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und Ausbau der Container-Plattform mit Red Hat OpenShift und Docker
- Administration, Wartung und Optimierung von Windows- und Linux-Servern
- Automatisierung und Standardisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mittels PowerShell, Ansible/AWX und CI/CD-Pipelines
- Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring, Alarmierung und Dashboards für einen proaktiven Plattformbetrieb
- Mitarbeit bei Migrationen, Lifecycle-Management und Infrastrukturprojekten
- Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Wissenstransfer an das interne Team
Muss-Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung (EFZ mit Weiterbildung, HF, FH oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als System Engineer oder Plattform Engineer im Betrieb komplexer On-Premises-Infrastrukturen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Virtualisierungstechnologien, insbesondere VMware oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server und Linux
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Automatisierung mit PowerShell, Ansible oder CI/CD
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer Kommunikation und Freude am Wissenstransfer
Von Vorteil sind:
- Erfahrung mit Container-Technologien wie Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes oder Docker
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Ansible/AWX und Monitoring-Lösungen
- Kenntnisse in Storage-, SAN- und Backup-Umgebungen, beispielsweise Huawei Storage, Cisco SAN, Veeam oder NetVault
- Erfahrung mit Patch Management (WSUS, Azure Update Manager)
- Erfahrung in öffentlichen Verwaltungen oder grösseren IT-Betriebsorganisationen
