02Deine Aufgaben
Liquidität & Cashflow: Du verantwortest unsere rollierende Liquiditätsplanung, damit wir jederzeit wissen, wie viel Geld für Marketing, Wareneinkauf und Saisonspitzen zur Verfügung steht.
P&L & Controlling: Du pflegst unsere monatliche P&L auf und zeigst mit dem Deckungsbeitrag von DB1 bis DB4, mit welchen Produkten und Kanälen wir Geld verdienen.
Abschluss & Finanzierung: Du verantwortest Bilanz und Jahresabschluss gemeinsam mit dem Steuerberater und führst die Gespräche mit Banken und Finanzierungspartnern.
Automatisierung: Du automatisierst unsere Finance-Prozesse, damit die Zahlen schnell und verlässlich vorliegen.
03Dein Profil
Du hast mindestens 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Finance oder Controlling, idealerweise davon mehrere Jahre in einer 8-stelligen D2C E-Commerce Brand.
Du verstehst die Dynamiken im E-Commerce: Ad Spend, Saisonalität, Wareneinkauf in Asien sowie Payouts von Shopify und Amazon.
Du baust komplexe Finanzmodelle selbst in Google Sheets oder Excel.
Du arbeitest hypothesengetrieben und triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von harten Daten statt Bauchgefühl.
