Für Deutschlands größtes unabhängiges Homecare-Unternehmen aus Ahrensburg bei Hamburg suche ich einen Integration Engineer, der Entwicklung und Konzeption verbindet. MuleSoft ist dort das Nervensystem: Es trägt die geschäftskritischen Datenflüsse zwischen Salesforce, SAP und weiteren Kernsystemen. Heute entstehen die Integrationen überwiegend mit externen Entwicklern, deine neu geschaffene Rolle holt dieses Know-how nach innen.
MuleSoft musst du dafür nicht schon aus dem Effeff können: Wer sauber entwickelt und Datenmodelle versteht, lernt die Plattform im Team. Die Rolle ist bewusst breiter geschnitten, etwa zur Hälfte Konzeption, zur Hälfte Hands-on. Wenn du Solution Designs selbst entwerfen willst, statt nur abzuarbeiten, ist das deine Bühne.
01Deine Aufgaben
Integration & Entwicklung: Du entwickelst Schnittstellen auf MuleSoft Anypoint und bindest Salesforce, SAP und weitere Kernsysteme eigenständig an.
Konzeption & Solution Design: Du analysierst Systeme und Datenmodelle, übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in Schnittstellenkonzepte und schreibst Solution Designs selbst.
Betrieb & Monitoring: Du überwachst bestehende Schnittstellen, analysierst Fehler, erarbeitest Optimierungen und erkennst, wann ein Major Incident Vorrang hat.
Standards & Dokumentation: Du etablierst Integrationsstandards, Best Practices und Dokumentation gemeinsam mit dem Team und den externen Partnern.
02Dein Profil
Entwicklung & Datenmodelle: Du bringst rund drei intensive Jahre Entwicklungserfahrung mit, bist sicher mit Datenbanken und hast richtig Lust auf Datenmodellierung.
Systemblick: Du verstehst komplexe Enterprise-Landschaften, analysierst sie und ziehst eigene Rückschlüsse. Erfahrung mit Integrationsplattformen hilft, MuleSoft ist ein Plus, kein Muss.
ITSM-Verständnis: Du kennst Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management aus der Praxis und denkst IT-Betrieb als Teil deiner Rolle mit. Eine ITIL-Zertifizierung brauchst du nicht.
Teamplayer: Du arbeitest pragmatisch mit Kollegen und externen Partnern, kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch, der Arbeitssprache im Team, und erklärst deine Umsetzungen an konkreten Beispielen.

Roadmap mit Substanz: eine neu geschaffene Rolle mit neuen Schnittstellen, gesetzlichen Anbindungen wie E-Rezept, KIM und TIM sowie KI-Use-Cases, MuleSoft Vibes ist bereits im Einsatz.
