IMAGO is one of the leading agencies for visual content in Europe, with over 800 million photos and videos used daily by international clients across News Media, Broadcast, Sports, Brands, and Corporate sectors.
For almost 30 years, we’ve built a strong market position in Germany and continue evolving our platform to meet global digital demands. Our international team works closely together from our headquarters in the heart of Berlin.
Our sales team should spend its time selling, not on manual work. As our first GTM Engineer, you’ll build and run the AI agents and automations that find, qualify, route and keep IMAGO’s customers. You’ll report to our Head of RevOps, work closely with our RevOps Specialist, own the whole automation setup, and be measured on the pipeline it creates.
01What you’ll do
- Build our automated inbound and prospecting engine: enrichment, ICP scoring, routing and outreach written by AI
- Analyse conversion and leakage across the funnel, segment our customers, and turn each finding into an automation or a process change
- Turn buying signals and product usage data into prioritised tasks in HubSpot, and test no-touch motions for long-tail customers
- Automate renewals, churn alerts, upsells and contract-to-invoice
- Build and manage AI agents for sales (account research, CRM updates, meeting prep) with LLMs and automation platforms such as n8n: set their guardrails and human approval steps, and track precision, cost per output and pipeline impact for every agent
- Run scrapers for prospect data and copyright compliance
- Monitor and document everything you ship, and train the team to use it
- Ship first versions in days, test them, and stop what doesn’t work
02What you bring
- 2+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops or Marketing Ops at a B2B company, working directly with GTM teams
- You know GTM operations from the inside: lead lifecycle and MQL/SQL definitions, lead scoring and routing, sales handovers and pipeline reporting
- Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of SaaS metrics (pipeline, conversion, NRR, churn)
- You link every build to revenue and know when not to automate
- You have built automations and AI agents that a sales team used every day, and you can show us examples
- Hands-on experience building HubSpot workflows, HubSpot API integrations and n8n, Make or Zapier automations in production, including tracking their precision, cost per output and pipeline impact
- Scheduled scrapers and enrichment workflows built with code or tools (Apify, Firecrawl, Clay), including deduplication of the results
- Workflows that use the API of Tableau or a similar BI tool
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents; you can read Python or JavaScript and use SQL
- High ownership and a bias for action: you are comfortable as our first and only GTM Engineer
- Clear written communication: you scope a project on one page and document workflows so others can use them
- Fluent English, and you live in Berlin or are willing to relocate
Nice to have: German language skills, experience with outbound tools such as Instantly or Lemlist, and experience in media or content licensing
03What we offer
- A modern workplace in the heart of Berlin
- Public transportation ticket
- Monthly budget to spend in an area of your liking, incl. Health (Urban Sports and others), Learning, Travelling, etc.
- Company pension scheme
- Platform for employee discounts from a wide range of providers
