01Was du tust
Du verbesserst laufend Zuverlässigkeit, Stabilität und Performance unserer SaaS-Plattform
Du betreibst, skalierst und entwickelst unsere AKS-Cluster weiter und begleitest die Migration unserer Applikationen in Container
Du baust Monitoring, Logging und Alerting auf und sorgst für Metriken, die wirklich etwas aussagen
Du definierst mit Entwicklung und Produktmanagement SLIs, SLOs und Fehlerbudgets und leitest daraus Verbesserungen ab
Du analysierst Incidents, führst Post-Mortems durch und sorgst für nachhaltige Behebungen
Du automatisierst Betrieb und Deployments mit Infrastructure-as-Code und CI/CD
Du arbeitest eng mit Architektur, Entwicklung und Security zusammen und bringst die Betriebssicht früh ein
Du leistest im Turnus mit vier weiteren Teammitgliedern Pikettdienst: ca. eine Woche pro Monat, planbar, entschädigt, mit Bereitschaft bis 22 Uhr
02Was du mitbringst
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SRE, Platform-, Cloud- oder DevOps-Engineer
Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb von Kubernetes in Produktion, idealerweise AKS
Fundierte Linux-Erfahrung im produktiven Umfeld
Erfahrung mit Azure und Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/OpenTofu)
Sicheres Scripting in Bash, PowerShell oder Python
Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Probleme nachhaltig zu lösen
Fliessendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
03Ein Plus ist
Erfahrung mit Observability-Stacks wie Prometheus, Grafana oder Azure Monitor
Erfahrung mit Windows-Containern oder der Migration von .NET-/IIS-Applikationen
Know-how in Container- und Kubernetes-Security (z. B. Network Policies, Image-Scanning)
Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern wie Finanz-, Versicherungswesen oder öffentlicher Hand
