- Use metrics and sound engineering judgment to make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
- Mentor other engineers through design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and hands-on collaboration
- Raise the engineering bar by driving high standards in system design, execution, and operational excellence
04What you bring
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record building and operating backend systems in production
- Strong proficiency in designing distributed systems, APIs, and data models for reliability and scale
- Experience leading medium-to-large technical projects with multiple stakeholders and clear business impact
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving product environments and turn open-ended problems into pragmatic execution plans
- Strong product sense and a willingness to engage deeply with customer experience, experimentation, and business outcomes
- A high ownership mindset and the ability to independently drive work from concept to production
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering and cross-functional partners
