Dans le cadre du développement de notre équipe comptable, nous recherchons un(e) Stagiaire en Comptabilité de niveau Master, en fin d’études ou en année de césure, pour accompagner l’équipe dans la gestion des opérations comptables courantes.
Ce stage constitue une véritable immersion au sein d’un service comptable et vous permettra de développer votre autonomie, votre rigueur et votre maîtrise des processus comptables.
01Vos missions
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe comptable, vous participerez notamment aux missions suivantes :
Tenue et suivi du courrier du service comptable ;
Suivi du workflow des factures fournisseurs : contrôle du circuit de validation, suivi des factures en attente et identification des éventuels blocages ;
Import et intégration des écritures comptables :
factures d’achats ;
factures de ventes ;
opérations bancaires ;
Contrôle de la cohérence des écritures importées ;
Participation aux travaux de saisie, de contrôle et de révision comptable ;
Participation aux différents travaux comptables du quotidien et contribution à l’amélioration des processus du service.
Vous êtes actuellement en Master en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou Audit, et recherchez un stage de fin d’études ou une année de césure.
Nous recherchons avant tout une personne :
Rigoureuse et organisée ;
Autonome et capable de respecter les délais ;
À l’aise avec les chiffres et les outils informatiques ;
Curieuse et souhaitant approfondir ses connaissances en comptabilité ;
Dotée d’un bon esprit d’analyse et d’équipe ;
Avec une réelle envie de découvrir le fonctionnement d’un service comptable.
Une première expérience en comptabilité, en cabinet ou en entreprise, serait appréciée.
Duration: 4-6 months
