At YoungOnes, data is at the start of every decision. Our Data & RevOps team has a seat at every table and takes a leading role in where the company goes next. Two years ago we rebuilt our data environment in Databricks from scratch, and it is fully ready for the future. There are few better environments to work in.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with a focus on product, who also supports our marketing and commercial teams with deeper analyses. Someone with experience who is ready to take responsibility, and who does not stop at a report but actively steers on the outcome.

02What will you do?

Your main focus is product. Next to that, you support marketing and the commercial teams, which keeps your work varied.

03Product

In the flexible work market, companies used to choose between temping (uitzenden) and freelancers. Since last year we have been bringing a new proposition to market that sits in between: non-service temping. It combines the legal certainty of temping with the flexibility and personal control of freelancing, all through our platform. This is an important step in our strategy towards one app for work.

• Take the lead in tracking the progress of this new proposition;

• Define the KPIs and funnel that show whether the proposition is working;

• Analyse the full journey of workers and clients, from onboarding to repeat shifts;

• Spot problems early and actively steer where you see them;

• Translate insights into concrete improvements together with product and development;

• Work in a select team that operates as a startup within the company.

04Commercial & marketing support

Next to product, you are the analytical sparring partner for our commercial teams and marketing. You go beyond the standard reports and dive deeper when questions get complex.

• Deliver deeper analyses for the commercial teams, for example on client potential, retention and growth opportunities;

• Support marketing with insight into campaign results and ROAS.

This role is diverse, but above all it gives you a lot of freedom to take initiative and make an impact.

05Your team

You will join an effective Data & RevOps team with 3 Analysts, 2 Engineers, a Performance Manager and 2 Process aAnalysts. You report to the Head of Data.

The data itself is interesting: we support a two sided marketplace with workers on one side and clients on the other. AI is built into the design of how we work and makes the technical side of your job more simple. We use Genie within Databricks, which fully understands our data environment, Claude to connect multiple systems, and Gemini for quick support on smaller tasks.

06What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst or Commercial Analyst;

• Has experience tracking and steering product performance, and/or with commercial or marketing analytics;

• Is strong in SQL and familiar with Python/PySpark and a visualisation tool such as Power BI or Amplitude;

• Has experience with Databricks, or is eager to work in it;

• Uses AI tooling naturally to work faster and smarter;

• Takes ownership and dares to make choices and influence stakeholders;

• Communicates clearly with both technical and non technical colleagues;

• Is already residing in the Netherlands and is allowed to work in the country and speaks fluent English (Dutch is a plus);

We are not looking for someone who only delivers reports. We want someone who takes the lead, sees problems before others do and makes sure something is done about them.

07What do we offer?

• A gross salary between €4,300 and €6,100 based on full-time employment;

• 25 vacation days, 6.5 ADV days and 1 additional holiday per calendar year, based on a 40-hour workweek;
