Position details
TransPerfect is currently looking for an English language trainer in Paris (and nearby area), to join our team of language professionals. As an English language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Main Objectives
• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training
• Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs
• Assess language levels
• Create language content
• Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high
• Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course
• Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles
Education and Experience
• Native or native proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching English
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of the corporate business environment
• Knowledge of a second language
