03Your superpowers

  • You are currently pursuing a study in a creative field (e.g. Media studies or similar).
  • You are a strong short-form editor: hooks, retention editing, colour grading, sound design, and a sense of music and tempo.
  • You are comfortable shooting content with both a smartphone and a camera, with a good eye for framing, lighting, and composition.
  • You understand color theory and have experience with editing and color grading software (Adobe Suite and CapCut).
  • You think in "systems" and understand how to build project files that can be easily adapted to different platforms.
  • Bonus: you have working knowledge of After Effects to adjust animations and graphics, as well as photography skills.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch, French or German are a plus!)
