Soros Consulting söker nu Verksamhetsutvecklare till ett konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder i Stockholm.
Om uppdraget
Vi söker 1 jurist för ett konsultuppdrag på rättsavdelningen hos en statlig myndighet. Rättsavdelningen stödjer myndighetens verksamhet och ledning i frågor som rör bland annat rättslig kvalitetssäkring, dataskydd och allmän förvaltningsrätt. Avdelningen behöver nu tillfällig förstärkning för att hantera ett ökat inflöde av begäranden om allmänna handlingar samt enklare juridiska och administrativa frågor i samband med en kommande organisationsförändring. Uppdragets huvudsakliga fokus är att handlägga myndighetsövergripande begäranden om allmänna handlingar och stödja verksamheten i frågor om offentlighet och sekretess.
Obligatoriska krav
- Juristexamen.
- 1-3 års erfarenhet av arbete med myndighetsjuridiska frågor, inklusive förvaltningsrätt och offentlighetsprincipen.
Meriterande
- Genomförd notarietjänstgöring eller erfarenhet av arbete i en rättslig funktion på myndighet.
- Goda betyg från juridikstudier och, i förekommande fall, notarietjänstgöring.
