01Aufgaben
Influencer Marketing: Recherche, Akquise und Betreuung passender Creator, Planung und Umsetzung von Influencer-Kampagnen
Creator Club: operativer Ausbau unseres hauseigenen Creator Clubs
Gewinnspiele & Kooperationen: Akquise geeigneter Partner sowie eigenständige Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung von Gewinnspielen und Kooperationen.
Marketingkampagnen & Projekte: Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung kreativer Marketingmaßnahmen, Produktlaunches und weiterer Projekte.
Events & Promotions: Organisation und Begleitung von Events, Produkttouren und Promotion-Aktionen.
Operatives Marketing & neue Kanäle: Übernahme organisatorischer Aufgaben, Kommunikation mit externen Partnern sowie perspektivische Mitarbeit an Themen wie TikTok Shop und E-Commerce.
02Qualifikation
Struktur & Organisation: Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick und setzt Prioritäten.
Eigeninitiative & Verantwortung: Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst proaktiv mit und treibst deine Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich voran.
Kreativität & Ideenreichtum: Du bringst frische Ideen ein und hast Lust, unsere Marke aktiv mitzugestalten.
Marketing-Know-how: Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Marketing, Social Media und aktuelle Trends, idealerweise mit erster Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing (nice to have, aber kein muss)
Kommunikationsstärke: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu und hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit Creatorn, Kooperationspartnern und dem Team.
Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst gerne selbst mit an, findest pragmatische Lösungen und bist dir auch für operative Aufgaben nicht zu schade.
