Eis ist bei uns kein Dessert, sondern ein Medium. Wir gestalten es individuell für Marken, von Hand gemacht von Konditoren, als Werbung für die Zunge. Im B2B läuft das seit Jahren. Nächstes Jahr bringen wir es zu allen anderen. Dafür suchen wir die Person, die daraus Aktionen baut, über die Köln spricht.
MOUTH Propaganda ist Werbeagentur und Eismanufaktur in einem, mit zwanzig Jahren Erfahrung in der Speiseeisherstellung. Wir sind ein kleiner Betrieb mit großem Potenzial.
02Worum es geht
Du führst das Marketing bei uns federführend und bringst Dinge zum Laufen. Dazu gehören Online-Marketing, Kampagnen und Guerilla-Aktionen, die in Köln und darüber hinaus auffallen. Die Agenturseite von MOUTH Propaganda bauen wir mit dir weiter aus. Gemeinsam entscheiden wir, was zuerst dran ist, aber du gehst voran und setzt um.

Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Online-Marketing und bei Marketingaktionen, idealerweise auch bei Guerilla- oder Out-of-Home-Aktionen

Gute Vernetzung in Köln, in Szene, Gastro, Medien oder Kreativwirtschaft
Lust, in einem kleinen Team selbst anzupacken, statt nur zu koordinieren

Wir lernen uns erst einmal kennen und sprechen über die Möglichkeiten. Dann fangen wir im Kleinen an. Funktioniert etwas gut, reden wir offen über mehr: über Umfang, Vollzeit und auch über Geld. Versprechen können wir keine schnellen Reichtümer. Hebt die Sache durch deinen Marketing-Input aber wirklich ab, belohnen wir das fair und gern.
Freelancer sind willkommen. In dem Fall arbeiten wir mit klar messbaren Zielen im Marketing.
