About the role

01About Pysae

Pysae is a French SaaS company building real-time fleet supervision (AVM / SAEIV) and workforce management software for public transport operators. Bus networks, coach operators and transport authorities in France and across Europe rely on our platform every day to run their services, inform passengers and manage their drivers. We are a team of around 40 people based in Rennes, Paris and Italy, and we are expanding fast internationally.

Pysae has grown from a set of products into a full platform. We now need someone to help tell that story, put it in front of the right people, and turn it into growth.

02The internship

Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will work on product marketing and growth: generating demand through the product itself and by showcasing the value of the Pysae platform. You will be given real responsibilities from day one, not side tasks.

This is an international role. You will work on France, Italy and our new markets across Europe and beyond, with sales teams and customers in several countries and languages.

This is not a classic marketing internship. Our market (public transport operators and authorities) has long been sold to in the same way: tenders, trade shows and long sales cycles. We want to break that pattern. Your mission is to help us invent, test and deploy new ways of selling and growing, using the product, content, data and AI as levers. You will have a blank page, direct access to the CRO and the founders, and the freedom to try things that have never been done in our industry.

It is a very exciting internship, and a demanding one: you will need to come up with ideas, prove quickly whether they work, drop what doesn't and scale what does.

03Invent new sales & growth methods

  • Imagine new ways to reach, engage and convert transport operators and authorities, beyond the traditional tender-driven playbook

  • Design and run fast experiments (new channels, formats, offers, outreach sequences, product-led motions), measure the results and turn the winners into repeatable playbooks for the sales team

  • Bring fresh ideas from other industries and from the latest AI and growth practices, and adapt them to our market

04Product marketing & positioning

  • Help sharpen the positioning and messaging of the Pysae platform and its modules for each segment (urban networks, interurban and school transport, on-demand transport, rail) and each country

  • Turn product releases into launches: release notes, feature pages, demo videos, customer-facing announcements

  • Build sales enablement material with the sales team, in French and English: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, ROI arguments

05International growth

  • Support our expansion into new countries: market-entry campaigns, localised messaging and content, lead generation for our international sales team

  • Contribute to product-led growth initiatives: onboarding, in-app messaging, feature adoption, upsell and cross-sell across our customer base

  • Create and run campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, international trade shows, content) that generate qualified pipeline for the sales team

  • Produce creative content that showcases the platform and our customers: case studies, articles, videos, social posts

  • Track and report on what works (traffic, leads, conversion, adoption) and double down on it

06AI & automation

  • Use AI tools intensively to create and translate content, personalise outreach, analyse data and run campaigns at scale

  • Automate as many marketing and sales workflows as possible (CRM, emailing, reporting, content production), and document them so they keep running after your internship

07Practical details

  • Contract: 6-month internship (with an internship agreement from your school)

  • Location: Paris, Rennes or Florence

  • Languages: French and English required

  • Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

  • Start date: as soon as possible

  • Fluent French and English (both required), written and spoken; Italian or another European language is a plus

  • Currently enrolled in a business or marketing school, ideally in the final year of a Master's programme, and able to sign a 6-month internship agreement

  • A previous internship or project in marketing, growth or digital marketing is a plus, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or in an international environment

  • A truly creative mindset: you love inventing new approaches, you are not afraid of a blank page, and you would rather test a bold idea than copy a playbook

  • An entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude: you turn ideas into experiments quickly, learn from failures and keep going

  • An international mindset: you enjoy working across countries and cultures, and adapting your message to each market

  • A strong AI user: you already use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Make/Zapier or similar to work faster, and you are curious about what comes next

  • Data-driven: you measure, test and iterate

  • Autonomous, organised and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving scale-up

  • An interest in mobility, public transport or tech for the public good is a plus
