Notre client est un groupe industriel, Leader du secteur de la Papeterie. Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, il recherche un :
01CDI, Temps Plein - Statut Cadre, Lorraine
Temps plein, CDI, Statut Cadre - Poste basé dans les Vosges (88)
Le responsable de Fabrication pilote un ou plusieurs ateliers de production industrielle qui doivent fournir des produits finis conformes à certaines normes de qualité en respectant des délais.
La production doit aussi tenir compte du prix de revient de la sécurité et de l’environnement. Le responsable assure le fonctionnement des productions et veille à l’enchaînement des interventions des services d’appui (maintenance, analyse, logistique, etc.).
02Organiser, optimiser et mettre en œuvre la fabrication
Optimiser la fabrication en termes de coûts, délais, qualité et quantité,
Etablir le programme de fabrication, en liaison avec les services situés en amont et en aval de la production,
Suivre et superviser le déroulement de la fabrication, en veillant à respecter le cahier des charges,
Prévenir, identifier et maîtriser les risques (anomalies, dysfonctionnements, etc.).
03Contribuer à l’amélioration des produits et des procédés de production
Proposer des améliorations des procédés, des produits et de l’outil de production,
Procéder à des essais de nouveaux produits.
04Animer, diriger et gérer
Animer et diriger l’équipe de fabrication : communiquer, diriger, encadrer, former, informer, participer aux recrutements,
Assurer la prévention en matière de Sécurité et d’Environnement.
Gérer les capacités et les moyens de production (équipements, matières et hommes) en fonction des prévisions de charges.
Participer aux projets d’investissements.
05Contribuer à la satisfaction client en répondant à ses exigences
Vous êtes de formation Idéalement BAC + 5 PAGORA, à partir BAC + 3 ou 4 Gestion Production Technique avec expérience importante acquise à la production
