Wir bringen Handwerksbetriebe, Händler und Unternehmen aus der Region auf Social Media nach vorne, mit mehr Reichweite, mehr Kundenanfragen und mehr Bewerbungen. Unser Team ist klein, die Wege sind kurz, und was du baust, wirkt sofort.
Wen wir suchen Keine Einsteigerin und keinen Einsteiger mit Online-Zertifikat. Wir suchen jemanden, der seit Jahren Paid Social macht, seine Zahlen kennt und Kampagnen eigenständig zum Laufen bringt. Du übernimmst bei uns das Thema Ads und entwickelst unsere Dienstleistung aktiv weiter.
01Deine Aufgaben
Aufsetzen, Steuern und Optimieren von Meta-Kampagnen (Facebook & Instagram) für unsere Kunden, sowohl Lead-Generierung als auch Recruiting
Verantwortung für die Performance: CPL, Lead-Qualität, Bewerberzahlen
Strukturiertes Creative-Testing in enger Abstimmung mit Videografie und Schnitt
Starke Unterstützung im Fulfillment, damit Kundenprojekte schnell und sauber umgesetzt werden
Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, Kampagnen-Setups und Standards
Reporting und Ergebnis-Calls mit Kunden
02Das bringst du mit
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Paid-Social-Bereich, idealerweise in einer Agentur
Nachweisbare Ergebnisse mit relevanten Budgets, die du mit Zahlen belegen kannst
Sicherer Umgang mit dem Meta Business Manager, Pixel/CAPI, Zielgruppen und Lead-Formularen
Ein Gefühl dafür, welche Creatives im Mittelstand funktionieren
Eine selbstständige, unternehmerische Arbeitsweise: Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern bringst Lösungen
Recruiting-Kampagnen sind ein Plus
