You’ll play a key role in translating business priorities into people strategies that enable growth, strengthen organisational culture and deliver measurable business outcomes.

With teams across the UK, Portugal and Brazil, you’ll bring a strong understanding of working across different cultures and markets, while helping the organisation navigate transformation and change.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence leadership decisions, shape organisational design, develop talent and succession pipelines, strengthen performance management, and lead initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

02Partner with Senior Leadership

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across EMEA, providing insight and challenge on people, organisational structure, performance and workforce matters.

  • Translate business strategy and evolving priorities into practical People & Culture solutions.

  • Support leaders in making informed, people-focused decisions in a fast-moving environment.

03Drive People Strategy & Transformation

  • Develop and deliver People & Culture initiatives that directly support business objectives and deliver measurable impact.

  • Lead and contribute to organisational transformation and change initiatives across the region.

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies and ways of working, ensuring they remain agile and fit for purpose.

04Lead Core HR Processes

  • Own and support end-to-end workforce planning and headcount management.

  • Drive succession planning and talent development pipelines.

  • Lead performance management cycles, including calibration and development planning.

  • Support employee engagement, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

05Use Data to Drive Decisions

  • Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Turn data and insights into clear recommendations for leaders.

  • Use evidence-based approaches to continuously improve people processes and employee experience across diverse teams.

06Coach & Develop Leaders

  • Provide hands-on coaching to leaders on effective people management, feedback, performance, conflict resolution and leadership development.

  • Help leaders build high-performing, inclusive teams and foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

07Collaborate Across People & Culture

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Development, Compensation & Benefits and Culture teams.

  • Ensure HR policies, programmes and practices are aligned, consistent and responsive to the needs of the business and our people.

08What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner or strategic HR role, ideally within an organisation experiencing significant growth, transformation or change.

  • A strong track record of partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • A hands-on approach, with the ability to move confidently between strategic thinking and operational delivery.

  • Strong experience across performance management, talent development, succession planning and organisational culture.

  • Excellent commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people solutions.

  • Experience working across different countries, cultures and organisational contexts within EMEA.

  • A strong analytical mindset, with experience using people data, HR metrics and reporting to inform decisions and improve processes.

  • Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels and confidently challenge and coach senior leaders.

  • A proven ability to operate effectively through ambiguity, change and evolving organisational priorities.

09Nice to Have

  • Experience working within a technology, startup or high-growth environment.

  • Experience leading organisational transformation or change management initiatives across multiple regions.

  • Knowledge of Portuguese would be an advantage.
