01Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in front-end engineering. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and scaling our new Goodleap Pros platform for home contractors. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build systems that are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance. 02Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement front-end frameworks and shared component libraries across the product line
• Utilize AI-driven software processes to build and expand Goodleap Pros front-end and full stack services in a variety of technologies
• Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions as you lead initiatives within the Pros Selling organization
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in AI-driven software development
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain high system availability

03Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• 5+ years of front-end software development experience using Typescript, React & Tailwind
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience developing across the full software stack in conjunction with AI and agentic software development practices
• Ability to design systems that are secure, scalable and resilient to failure
• Familiarity with relational databases like PostgresSQL
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to go along with a collaborative mindset
• A passion for clean code, continuous improvement and best practices in software engineering

04Nice to Have

• Familiarity with mobile development (especially Flutter), three.js, shadcn/radix, TanStack, Python

05Compensation

CA, WA, NJ, MA, DC, NYC range: $144,800 - $177,700 Rest of US Range: $131,700 - $161,500 SF Range: $161,100 - $196,600

In addition to the above salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus.
