micro1 is engaging Swiss German Transcription Experts to support a customer's project focused on high-quality audio transcription. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters.

01Scope of Work

1. Transcribe audio samples in Swiss German or English with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
2. Follow project-specific guidelines and best practices to deliver consistent, high-quality transcripts.
3. Identify and annotate linguistic nuances, speaker changes, and contextual cues present in the audio data.
4. Collaborate with project managers and other experts to clarify requirements and address ambiguities.
5. Review and edit transcripts as needed to ensure linguistic and grammatical precision.
6. Provide feedback to improve transcription processes and quality standards.
7. Deliver completed transcription assignments within agreed timelines and according to project specifications.

02Preferred Qualifications

1. Native proficiency in Swiss German, with strong comprehension of regional accents and dialects.
2. Proven experience in professional-level audio transcription, ideally involving Swiss German or multilingual audio content.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver error-free transcripts.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating care for linguistic accuracy and clear expression.
5. Familiarity with AI training, linguistic annotation, or machine learning projects is a plus.
6. Experience handling confidential audio material with discretion and professionalism.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote, digital environment, managing time and deliverables efficiently.
