01Aufgaben
Deine Rolle
Du bist das kreative Sprachrohr von Arana Care. Du übersetzt unsere strategischen Ziele und Botschaften in fesselnde Texte, ansprechende Canva-Designs und emotionale Social-Media-Auftritte, um pflegende Angehörige und Pflegefachkräfte zu erreichen.
Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:
Social Media & Community Management:
- Du erstellst (Text, Bild, Video) und veröffentlichst unsere Social-Media-Beiträge gemäss den Vorgaben unseres Marketings.
- Du bist der Kontakt zu unserer Community und reagierst auf Kommentare und Nachrichten.
Copywriting (Online & Offline):
- Du verfasst spannende SEO konforme Blogbeiträge für unsere Website.
- Du schreibst zielgruppengerechte Texte für Flyer, Broschüren, Plakate, Zeitungen/PR und Kundenbriefe (gemäss Aufträgen von der Verkaufsleitung & Geschäftsführung).
Design & Konzeption:
- Du gestaltest kleinere Werbemittel (wie handliche Flyer oder Social-Media-Grafiken) eigenständig und stilsicher mit Canva.
- Du bearbeitest Social Media Videos und schneidest sie mit Capcut.
02Qualifikation
- Du absolvierst ein Studium (z. B. Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien) oder suchst eine flexibel gestaltbare Tätigkeit im Umfang von ca. 8 Stunden pro Woche (auf Stundenbasis oder als Freelancer:in).
- Du hast eine sehr hohe Textaffinität, schreibst fehlerfrei und triffst genau den richtigen Ton (empathisch, professionell, klar).
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Canva und hast ein gutes Auge für Ästhetik.
- Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) ist dein zweites Zuhause; erste Erfahrungen mit Meta Leads sind ein Plus.
- SEO Erfahrungen von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest extrem selbstständig, bist proaktiv und fühlst dich in einer dynamischen, holokratischen Arbeitsweise wohl.
