02Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung des Applikationsteams mit Schwerpunkt SAP (keine operative Hands-on-Tätigkeit)
- Verantwortung für die Ausrichtung der Applikationslandschaft in der DACH-Region
- Evaluation neuer Applikationen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
- Beratung zu Technologien, Plattformen und Anbieterangeboten
- Schnittstelle zu Application Ownern und externen Outsourcing-Partnern
- Übernahme von Teilprojektleitungen und Koordination technischer Systemanpassungen
- Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit im DACH-Applikationsteam sowie mit dem Business
- Bei Bedarf Übernahme von Pikettdiensten
03Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige SAP-ERP-Erfahrung, idealerweise in mehreren Modulen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Definition und Aufbau einer Applikationslandschaft
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, auch standortübergreifend
- Studium im MINT-Bereich oder Ausbildung (HF) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung und Weiterbildung
- Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 %
- Interesse an neuen Technologien und deren Anwendung im Business-Alltag
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Arbeitsort Ostschweiz, 4 Tage pro Woche vor Ort
Wohnsitz in der Region bevorzugt, Umzug oder Grenzgängertum sind möglich
