FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience formulating and executing financial budgets to support maritime operations; Experience analyzing financial reports to identify funding shortfalls and operational risks; Experience conducting financial audits to ensure compliance with federal funding regulations; Experience utilizing online financial databases to track obligations and expenditures for command programs; Experience directing personnel on the reconciliation of financial accounts and transaction records.

You will perform advanced financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and strategic financial operations for organizational programs and activities.,You will conduct complex financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs and administrative operations.,You will apply advanced accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of organizational enterprise financial systems information.,You will develop and refine highly complex budget estimates and financial plans to ensure compliance with guidance from the Department of War (DoW) and Department of the Navy (DON) and other oversight entities.,You will resolve highly complex issues arising from conflicting program and financial data, particularly within unstable funding environments.
