  • Support the scale-up of new technologies from development phases towards industrial production.
  • Train, coach, and mentor colleagues in process technology, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation throughout the organization.
  • Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives in cooperation with the Production Manager.
  • Stay informed about developments within textile fibers, process engineering, automation, and sustainable manufacturing technologies.
  • Champion a strong safety-first culture across all activities.

Who You Are

  • Several years of experience in process development, process engineering, or manufacturing technology within an industrial environment.
  • Proven experience supporting the scale-up of new technologies from pilot/demo scale to commercial production.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, production improvement, and quality management.
  • Experience working in sustainable materials, fibers, chemicals, or related process industries is highly valued.
  • A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Experience leading projects and influencing technical teams without necessarily having direct managerial responsibility.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable materials.
  • A role in a growing organization where your expertise can impact future success.
  • A collaborative workplace driven by innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Professional growth opportunities and the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies.
