Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for a global company in Jönköping. Start is ASAP, 13 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.

The Project Manager will be supporting the PLM Business Transformation program through planning, coordination, financial follow-up, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and governance reporting.

01Tasks

• Plan and coordinate project activities, milestones, resources, and dependencies

• Track scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, and deliverables

• Prepare status reports, forecasts, gate material, and decision requests

• Coordinate business, IT, architecture, suppliers, and other stakeholders

• Support testing, deployment, handover, and follow-up of agreed actions

02Required skills

• Proven project management experience in complex, cross-functional transformation projects, preferably within PLM or digital engineering

• Strong planning, financial control, risk management, and governance capabilities

• Ability to coordinate business, IT, architecture, and external suppliers

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

Meriterious

• Experience in PLM, digital engineering, or enterprise transformation is preferred

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience; project management certification is beneficial

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Jönköping through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 13 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Jönköping.
