04About the role

As part of the trust team, you'll collaborate across functions to design and implement systems that streamline trust workflows, enhance decision-making around risk, and support responsible growth. The team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners, including Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering, to drive accountability, insights, and operational integrity across the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• End-to-End Process Management, Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions, promoting consistency and adoption across the org.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration, Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure and operational effectiveness.

• Leadership Partnership, Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights, risk reporting, and actionable recommendations.

• Data-Driven Strategy, Oversee analytics across trust functions. Identify risk patterns and areas for improvement; build dashboards and insights that inform policy decisions and guide operational improvements.

• Reporting & Analytics, Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPIs that measure trust and safety performance and impact.

05Who you are

• Passionate about responsible AI and motivated by building systems that protect users and maintain platform integrity

• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, you understand the stakes of this moment in AI and are committed to getting it right

• Analytical and first-principles oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex risk tradeoffs

• Consistently deliver high-quality work quickly and take initiative from day one

• Low ego, high ownership

06Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex risk data into clear recommendations

• 4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology company

• Proven track record building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through to execution

• Experience working cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety teams

• Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

07Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe. Preference for candidates based in London.
