Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Embedded Software Architect. In dieser anspruchsvollen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Architektur und strategische Weiterentwicklung einer Embedded-Software-Plattform. Sie bewerten neue Technologien, definieren nachhaltige Technologiestandards und stellen durch Architektur-Governance, Entwicklungsrichtlinien sowie moderne Test- und Automatisierungskonzepte eine hohe Softwarequalität sicher. Zudem stimmen Sie architektonische Anforderungen mit Kunden, Management und Entwicklungsteams ab, dokumentieren technische Entscheidungen und unterstützen verteilte Entwicklungsteams bei der Umsetzung gemeinsamer Architekturprinzipien.
- Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Embedded Software
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Design komplexer Software-Architekturen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Software-Engineering-Methoden
- Erfahrung mit Architektur-Governance, Entwicklungsrichtlinien sowie Test- und Automatisierungskonzepten
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung bzw. im Coaching von Entwicklungsteams
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Erfahrung mit Zephyr RTOS
- Erfahrung mit skalierbaren und modularen Embedded-Software-Plattformen
- Erfahrung mit international bzw. standortübergreifend verteilten Entwicklungsteams
