Job Purpose

At Emirates Group, we connect the world through our global hub in Dubai, ensuring our customers always ‘Fly Better.’ As one of the most recognised and admired brands globally, we’re driven by innovation and excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Design and Job Architecture professional for a 24-month dedicated assignment supporting dnata’s international operations. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who has personally implemented Job Architecture and Organisation Design solutions within a complex, multi-country environment. The successful candidate will work across dnata’s diverse international businesses, where organisational structures, job titles, grading practices and local requirements vary across markets.

The role will focus on assessing the current landscape and delivering a practical and sustainable Job Architecture framework, including job families and career levels, job evaluation and grade mapping, role and title standardisation, job descriptions and governance. Candidates should bring strong practical experience in Job Architecture, Organisation Design and Job Evaluation, ideally using Korn Ferry Hay, Mercer IPE or another recognised methodology, together with the ability to work effectively with senior business and HR stakeholders. This is not a purely advisory role. We are looking for someone comfortable moving from diagnosis and design through to detailed implementation, stakeholder alignment and sustainable handover.

01In this role, you will

  • Plan and support the implementation of the organisation-wide job architecture framework that aligns with the company's strategic talent, competency and skills goals, and ensures consistency across all roles.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures and best practices for all job architecture and organisation design activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes and policies as well as any external regulations.
  • Work closely with senior management, HR teams, IT and other stakeholders to gather insights, align on job architecture and organisational design initiatives, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Regularly review the effectiveness of the job architecture and organisation design frameworks, proposing necessary adjustments to improve performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support the implementation and ongoing improvement of job architecture and organisational design approaches, ensuring effective transition, and that the organisation adapts smoothly to new structures and processes.
Qualification

02In order to be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements

  • Experience in HR Organisation & Job Design.
  • Airline or Travel Industry experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in building job architecture frameworks within either a corporate organisation or as a consultant is preferred.

03You'll have an edge if you have

  • Proficiency in using job evaluation methods either Korn Ferry (Hay), Mercer or other recognised methodology.
  • HR Systems Proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Organisational Design Practice and Principles.

At Emirates Group, we’re committed to providing our employees with opportunities to grow and develop in their careers. So if you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, apply today and join our team!
