Job description

About the role

Full text from the employer, as published on Arbetsförmedlingen (JobTech), arranged into sections. Nothing added or removed.

Every week, thousands of e-commerce merchants deliver parcels through Instabee’s network. Behind every smooth delivery is a complex technical reality: how merchants connect their systems to ours, how they get onboarded, and how they access the data and insights they need to run their business.

Our teams in Merchant Experience (MXP) and Integration Services (INTS) are responsible for this entire journey. Over the past few years, we’ve moved fast and built a strong foundation-often by delivering custom integrations and rapid MVPs for individual partners. Now, we are entering the next phase. Our goal is to move away from bespoke solutions and transition toward standardized, self-service integrations that help merchants get set up fast, easily and with high-quality integrations.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to take a holistic approach to how merchants connect with, experience, and grow alongside Instabee.

What You’ll Work On

The role bridges two distinct yet complementary areas, where your job is to tie the big picture together:

  • Systematize our integrations (INTS): Dive deep into the operational mechanics of our logistics business. You will lead the transition from custom, client-specific setups to a clear, standardized menu of APIs and integrations that streamline partner connections.

  • Drive product discovery (MXP): With plenty of autonomy, you will uncover what our merchants genuinely need. You’ll talk directly to users, benchmark against industry standards, and evolve our merchant portal based on real-world feedback rather than assumptions.

  • Connect portal and setup (Self-onboarding): Partner closely with internal teams like Capacity & Conversion to build transparent onboarding flows, allowing merchants to follow their integration status directly within the portal.

  • Segment the merchant offering: Tailor the experience for different merchant sizes-from a lightweight, plug-and-play setup for small businesses to deep data insights and automated tools for large enterprise accounts.

The Team & Ways of Working

You will work in close partnership with a shared Engineering Manager, co-leading two dedicated and collaborative engineering teams.

We care deeply about autonomy, trust, and psychological safety. We are looking for someone who knows when a quick solution is the right call, and when it’s not. You take the time to understand root problems, weigh trade-offs thoughtfully, and build scalable systems that last.

Who We Think You Are

You enjoy bringing clarity to complex systems and feel equally comfortable digging into technical data flows as you are conducting open-ended user interviews.

  • Product Management Experience: You have led software products end-to-end, with hands-on experience in user research, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery.

  • Curiosity for Systems & the Nitty-Gritty: You are comfortable getting into the details to understand how technical integration layers and APIs directly drive business outcomes.

  • A Standardizing Mindset: You naturally recognize patterns and see when multiple one-off client requests should instead be solved with a single, well-architected platform feature.

  • Thoughtful Communicator: You listen actively, build trust across engineering and commercial stakeholders, and explain strategic trade-offs with clarity and empathy.

Don’t meet every single bullet point? Please apply anyway! We place far more weight on structured problem-solving, curiosity, and strong collaboration skills than on a flawless resume match.

What You’ll Get

We can promise you that you will be challenged, develop your skills and have the opportunity to work with truly amazing and competent colleagues. If you like changes and want to set new processes and ways of working - this is the place for you!

Of course, we have all the necessary and standard benefits in place, but in addition to this, we can also offer:

🏢 Brand-New Stockholm HQ: A modern office designed for both focused deep work and spontaneous collaboration. ⏰ Flexible Hybrid Setup: A healthy, balanced mix of office days and remote work. 👶 Parental Leave: Six months of paid parental leave to spend time with your family. 🎂 A Day Off on Your Birthday: We love to celebrate, so enjoy your birthday to the fullest with a day off each year! 🏓 Community & Fun: Foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, and a karaoke room for winding down between sprints.

Good to Know

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy workplace, candidates reaching the final stages of the process will undergo a standard background check via Svensk Bakgrundsanalys. All data is handled with strict discretion and confidentiality.

Ready to shape the future of merchant infrastructure in the Nordics? We’d love to receive your application!
