Management Trainee (w/m/d)
im Rahmen eines zwölfmonatigen Programmes, funktionsbefristet, weiterentwickeln möchten.
Unsere Management Trainees lernen alle Werkzeuge, Richtlinien und Hilfsmittel kennen, um sich - nach erfolgreich bestandenem Programm - für eine Department Management Funktion qualifizieren zu können. Somit tragen sie maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer PRIMARK Filiale bei.
01Deine Aufgaben
- Du lernst die Warenverfügbarkeit über unsere Systeme zu steuern
- Du verantwortest ein Team und lernst Hilfsmittel zu unserer Feedbackkultur und Motivationsförderung kennen
- Du bist ein Vorbild für deine Kolleg*innen und stellst ein wunderbares Kundenerlebnis sicher
- Du lernst unser Berichtswesen kennen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere aktuellen Trends für unsere Kunden erlebbar werden
