Des Weiteren umfasst unser Dienstleistungsportfolio die Themen Energieberatung, LED-Außenbeleuchtung, Elektromobilität sowie Photovoltaik. Wir gewährleisten eine stabile und sichere Energieversorgung und streben danach, in unserer täglichen Arbeit mehr als nur Energie zu liefern, bei uns steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Unsere genossenschaftlichen Werte sorgen dafür, dass wir der Gesellschaft etwas zurückgeben wollen. Zur Erweiterung unseres Marketing-Teams in Dresden suchen wir ab dem 01. Juli 2026:
02Ihr Aufgabenprofil
- Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Marketingstrategie des Unternehmens
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen zur Markenstärkung und Reichweitensteigerung
- Betreuung und Aktivierung bestehender Sport- und Kulturpartnerschaften (z. B. Events, Sponsoring-Auftritte wie Promotions, Social-Media-Aktionen)
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung kreativer Aktivierungskonzepte zur Steigerung von Markensichtbarkeit und Zielgruppenbindung
- Content-Erstellung und -Pflege für Website, Newsletter und Social-Media-Kanäle
- Analyse und Reporting digitaler Kampagnen (KPIs, Conversion Rates, Reichweite)
03Ihr Profil
- eingeschriebener Bachelor- oder Masterstudent*in
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikation- & Organisationsstärke
- Starkes Interesse an Marketing und Sportsponsoring
- Selbstständige, gründliche Arbeitsweise mit Hands-On-Mentalität
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Power Point & Adobe vom Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B
