Are you a Finnish speaking professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders? Do you have experience in service coordination and a passion for problem-solving, planning, and delivering excellent customer service? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join a well-established international company within the medical technology industry. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring efficient service operations and providing high-quality support to customers in the healthcare sector.

You will primarily support the Finnish market and become part of a collaborative Nordic service organization.

01About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing service requests from the initial customer contact through to completion and follow-up. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by making sure the right resources are available at the right time.

The position involves frequent incoming calls and extensive customer interaction. You will work closely with customers, service technicians, and internal teams to schedule, prioritize, and follow up on service activities.

You will be working in an international environment where English is the common business language, while Finnish will be essential in your daily communication with customers.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage incoming service requests via phone and other communication channels.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate service technicians based on customer needs and available resources.
  • Monitor service cases from initial request through to completion, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Handle rescheduling, unexpected changes, and urgent service requests while maintaining efficient operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding planned and ongoing service activities.
  • Collaborate closely with service technicians, fellow coordinators, sales representatives, and project managers.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to service orders, order confirmations, service agreements, and invoicing documentation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and updates in relevant business and service management systems.

02About you

We are looking for someone with previous experience in service coordination, service administration, technician scheduling, or a similar role involving the coordination and follow-up of multiple service cases.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy having the phone as one of your primary communication tools. You know how to stay calm and organized when priorities change, customers require immediate assistance, or several tasks need your attention simultaneously.

To Succeed in This Role, We Believe You Have:

  • Previous experience in service coordination, service administration, technician scheduling, or a similar position.
  • Experience managing service processes from incoming requests to completed assignments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a phone-intensive, customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Good computer skills and experience working with administrative, CRM, ERP, or service management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.

Experience within medical technology, technical services, installation, or industrial environments is highly advantageous. Familiarity with Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM), Salesforce, or SAP is also considered a plus.

Who Are You as a Person?

You are a communicative, solution-oriented, and service-minded individual who genuinely enjoys helping customers and building strong professional relationships.

You are comfortable handling a high volume of incoming calls, including conversations with customers who may be stressed or dissatisfied. You remain calm, professional, and focused on finding solutions.

You have a structured approach to your work and know how to prioritize effectively, even when several things are happening at once. You take ownership of your responsibilities, make confident decisions, and ensure that service cases are followed through to completion.

At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, sharing responsibilities, and supporting others when needed. You are flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
