Why does a customer turn down an offer that would save them money? Which product should we launch next? In what marketing channel should we scale spend? You’ll ask the right questions, find the answers, put a number on them and make sure we act.
If you want your analysis to shape where we grow, we should talk.
The foundation is built. Now it needs to grow.Anyfin helps people pay less for the loans they already have. We only make an offer if we can lower someone's total cost. Since 2017 we've helped people across Sweden, Finland and Germany take back control of their finances. We're profitable, we have a banking licence that lets us operate across the EU, and we're getting ready to launch new products and enter new markets. Our ambition is to be a pan-European company by 2030.
Every one of those steps raises a question: which product, which market, which change to the customer journey makes the biggest difference? Growing well depends on answering them properly.
The team is small and intentionally so. We'd rather have fewer people who care about doing things properly and move fast because they trust each other. If you join, you won't disappear into a big org. You'll shape what we build and where we go next.
The actual jobYou'll join our Commercial team within Growth and work across both business and product. One week you're digging into why customers drop off in the app. Next you're building the case for a new product or market.
You'll own the funnel. That covers web and app, from first visit to payout. You'll find where and why customers drop off, put a number on the opportunity and recommend what to fix first.
You'll come up with new bets. These could be new products, features, loyalty or cross-sell. You'll build the business case, test it and tell us whether it's worth pursuing.
You'll work out what brings customers back. That means understanding how customer value grows over time and what we can do to grow it.
You'll help shape decisions. You'll present clear recommendations to teams and management, helping them understand the opportunity, the trade-offs and what we should do next.
Analysis in an AI-native companyAI isn't a side tool here. It's built into how we work across engineering, analytics, operations and product, and our tech team has built an AI-connected data and code environment on frontier models.
For an analyst, that means you can go further and faster than before. You can write queries, explore data and test hypotheses with tools like Claude at your side. It also means more answers that sound confident and might be wrong.
Part of this role is knowing the difference. We want someone who uses AI to go deeper, and who still questions the data, the assumptions and the AI-generated answer before drawing a conclusion.
The peopleYou'll work closely with people who enjoy getting into a problem and figuring out what to do about it. They're generous with what they know, quick to laugh and happy to change their minds when they learn something new.
You'll have room to take initiative and people to think things through with. Some ideas will work, others won't. We try things, learn from the results and use that to make the next decision better.
This sounds like you if…You have an MSc in engineering, business, finance or a similar quantitative field.
You have experience in product, growth or business analytics, ideally in a consumer business. You write strong SQL, and you know how to design an A/B test and how to tell when one is lying to you.
You can take an open question all the way to a clear recommendation. You connect product metrics to what actually happens for customers and to what it's worth for the business.
You're hungry and curious, and you want to own real problems rather than answer someone else's tickets.
We care more about what you can do, your judgment and your drive than a specific number of years. Experience in fintech or consumer lending is a plus, and so is Swedish, Finnish or German. Fluent English is required.
More than anything, you can tell us about an analysis that changed what a company did. Not just what you found, but what happened because of it.
A few practical notesYou’ll be based at our office on Drottninggatan 92 in Stockholm. We work from the office because we value the collaboration, shared learning and team spirit that come from spending time together.
We interview on a rolling basis and would love for you to join us as soon as possible. EU work authorisation is required.
Want to see your analysis turn into real improvements for our customers? We’d love to hear from you.
