02Deine Aufgaben
Unterstützung im operativen Personalwesen und im täglichen HR-Tagesgeschäft
Employer-Live-Circle von Onboarding bis Offboarding begleiten
Mitarbeit an Projekten im Bereich Employer Branding zur Stärkung der Arbeitgebermarke
Bewerbermanagement und Begleitung des Recruiting-Prozesses
Konzeption und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen für das Personalmarketing
Mitwirkung an internen HR-Prozessen und HR-Kommunikation
Erstellung von Content für unser Social Media
03Was du mitbringst
Einschreibung in einem Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit Fokus auf Personalwesen
Verpflichtendes Praktikum im Rahmen deines Studiums
Begeisterung für Themen rund um Recruiting und Employer Branding
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
