02DEINE MISSION
Du verantwortest eigene Vakanzen, vor allem im Sales (z. B. Sales Representatives, Account Executives, Team Leads), vom Kick-off mit dem Hiring Manager bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
Du bist dort, wo die Talente sind. Über LinkedIn, XING, Social Media und Direktansprache baust du Talent Pools für Standorte in ganz Deutschland auf, auch für Quereinsteiger:innen.
Du begleitest Kandidat:innen wertschätzend und schnell durch den Prozess und sorgst dafür, dass sich niemand im Funnel verloren fühlt.
Du berätst unsere Hiring Manager auf Augenhöhe, bei Rollenprofilen, strukturierten Interviews und schnellen Entscheidungen.
Du arbeitest sauber in Ashby, behältst deine Pipeline und KPIs im Blick (z. B. Time-to-Hire, Conversion je Phase) und leitest daraus Verbesserungen ab.
Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, für Employer Branding, Stellenanzeigen oder neue Sourcing-Kanäle, und hast Lust den übergang in den Hyper Growth mitzugestalten.
03DAS BRINGST DU MIT
Du hast einige Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise in einem Start-up, Scale-up, und hast bereits Sales-Rollen besetzt.
Du kennst die Kniffe des modernen Active Sourcings und schreibst Ansprachen, auf die Menschen antworten.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sicher Englisch und kannst Menschen für eine Vision begeistern.
Du liebst Tempo, setzt dir hohe Ziele und behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Prozessen den Überblick.
Du willst jeden Tag dazulernen, holst dir Feedback und teilst dein Wissen im Team.
Du arbeitest gern mit einem ATS (idealerweise Ashby) und digitalen Tools, Erfahrung mit KI im Recruiting ist ein Plus.
