Als Head of Brand Management (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Konzepte entlang des gesamten Creative-Prozesses und prägst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden und unseres Teams.

01Aufgaben
Verantwortung für den Creative-Prozess für die Top Brands in DACH
Erstellung von Skripten für Organic Content, Werbeanzeigen und Kampagnen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern
Analyse der KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Assets
Top 1% Creative Training im Wert von 100k€+
02Qualifikation
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Creative Strategy, idealerweise im Agentur- oder Brand-Umfeld
Gutes Gespür für Social Media Trends & Best Performer
Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und echtes Gespür für Menschen
