Au sein de notre département Collection, vous accompagnerez l’équipe composants lors du développement des collections prêt-à-porter. Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Support sur l'avancement de la collection et des capsules
Réalisation de boards/plateaux de présentation des composants
Dispatch des composants pour les prototypes et les SMS vers les usines de fabrication
Suivi quotidien des livraisons composants et enregistrement des informations clés à réception des commandes (date de réception, références, etc.)
Récupération des fiches informations auprès des fournisseurs
Renseignement des informations techniques dans PLM (prix, référence fournisseur, code couleur, etc)
Réalisation du Master Production et de classeurs d'archive collection
Vérifications des stocks de l’entrepôt et de la matériauthèque
Gestion opérationnelle (commande coursiers, envois DHL, rangement matériauthèque)
Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous serez amené.e à développer des contacts privilégiés avec de multiples interlocuteurs internes (studio de création, production, chefs de produit...) et externes (fabricants, fournisseurs...).
Vous êtes en cours de formation (2e, 3e, 4e ou dernière année) au sein d'un cursus de type Ecole d'ingénieur avec spécialisation textile, Ecole de commerce, Ecole de mode, ou suivez une formation universitaire équivalente :
Vous possédez un niveau d'anglais courant
La maîtrise de l'italien serait un plus
Vous maîtrisez le pack MS Office (Excel notamment) et êtes parfaitement à l'aise avec les données chiffrées.
Vous êtes naturellement sensible à l'univers du luxe et de la mode.
Stage de 6 mois conventionné par un établissement reconnu par l’Etat uniquement, à pourvoir le 1er MARS 2027
