Au sein de notre département Collection, vous accompagnerez le pôle Matières lors du développement des collections prêt-à-porter. Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
Suivi quotidien des livraisons tissus et accessoires et enregistrement des informations clé à réception des commandes (date de réception, références, etc.) ;
Support sur l'avancement de collection (mise à jour des boards)
Renseignement des informations techniques dans le tableau de suivi (prix, laize, poids, composition, code couleurs, etc.) sur PLM
Préparation et organisation des fiches pour lancements en production
Vérifications des stocks
Gestion opérationnelle (coursiers, envois, rangement tissuthèque)
Gestion de l’archivage des données (scan, référencement, rangement)
Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous serez amené.e à développer des contacts privilégiés avec de multiples interlocuteurs internes (studio de création, Supply chain...) et externes (fabricants, fournisseurs...).
Vous êtes actuellement en cours de formation (2e, 3e ou 4e année) au sein d'un cursus de type Ecole de Mode, d'Ingénieur avec spécialisation textile ou Ecole de commerce :
Vous possédez un niveau d'anglais courant ; la maîtrise de l'italien serait un plus.
Vous maîtrisez le pack MS Office (Excel notamment) et êtes parfaitement à l'aise avec les données chiffrées.
Vous êtes naturellement sensible à l'univers du luxe et de la mode.
Stage de 6 mois conventionné par un établissement reconnu par l’Etat uniquement, à pourvoir la semaine du 22 FEVRIER 2027.
