01Deine Aufgaben
Backend-Services der AI-Agenten-Plattform als eigenständigen Service entwickeln und betreiben
LLM-basierte Agenten-Pipelines, agentische Workflows und die Ausführungs-Engine bauen, mit Fokus auf Zuverlässigkeit und Observability
APIs, WebSockets und ereignisgesteuerte Architekturen entwickeln, die Ereignisse an die richtigen Agenten leiten
Management-UIs bauen, mit denen Agenten konfiguriert, überwacht und getestet werden
Architekturentscheidungen und Code-Qualität mitgestalten (Performance, Skalierbarkeit, Systemdesign)
Mit Product Management und Engineering im agilen Team skalierbare Lösungen umsetzen
02Muss
Abschluss in Informatik (Bachelor oder Master) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung an komplexen Produktsystemen
Erfahrung mit agentischer Programmierung und agentenbasierten Systemen

Spring Boot / Java, idealerweise mit Spring Security, AMQP und WebSocket
SQL-Datenbanken, idealerweise PostgreSQL
