03Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to French-speaking users of wearable fitness technology and wellness ecosystem devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fitbit hardware, mobile application synchronization, and fitness tracking software.
- Educate customers on health features, personalized wellness insights, and fitness goal tracking to enhance their user experience.
