03About the role

We’re growing quickly in the Benelux, and we’re hiring Account Executives to grow with us. You’d be joining a team that’s still working out how the region should look, so there’s a lot of room to shape it. You’ll have real say in how we approach accounts, who we work with, and how we build our presence here.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across sales, solutions, partnerships and customer success, and with our GSI partners. If you like building relationships that last, and you’d rather help shape a plan than follow one handed to you, we’d love to talk.

04What you’ve done

• You’ve spent around 8 years selling to businesses, ideally enterprise SaaS or technology, and you know how a complex deal moves through a big organisation.
• You hit your number, and you can talk through how you did it.
• You’ve owned customer relationships beyond the signature, and you still hear from your customers years later.
• You’ve worked alongside GSIs and know that a good partner relationship takes time, trust and being useful to each other.
• You’ve found new business in tech without waiting for leads to arrive, through outbound, community, or whichever route worked.
• You’re at home in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and you use your tools to save time rather than to fill a dashboard.

Our process has four stages, including a panel interview, so you’ll meet several of the people you’d be working with. We’ll explain what to expect at each step, and you’re welcome to ask us anything along the way. This is a hybrid position, does require you to attend our Amsterdam office
