In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle machst du AI und Automatisierung zu unserem echten Wettbewerbsvorteil: Du findest die größten Effizienzhebel in allen Departments, baust die Lösungen selbst und bringst sie in den produktiven Alltag. Gemessen wird dein Erfolg nicht an koordinierten Projekten, sondern an eingesparter Zeit, besseren Prozessen und messbarem Impact. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserer Teamlead Strategy & Operations zusammen und treibst eigene Initiativen voran.
Du findest die größten AI- und Automatisierungspotenziale in unseren Departments und setzt sie konsequent um, vom ersten Test bis zum skalierten Rollout.
No-Code- und Low-Code-Automationen, AI-Workflows und Agents baust du eigenständig, etwa mit Claude, n8n oder Make.
Gemeinsam mit den Departments analysierst du operative Bottlenecks und gestaltest End-to-End-Workflows neu: vereinfachen, automatisieren oder ganz streichen.
Zeitersparnis, Qualität und Adoption deiner Lösungen misst du und optimierst so lange, bis sie wirklich funktionieren.
Teams befähigst du, AI selbstständig im Alltag einzusetzen. Auch Standards für AI Governance, Wissen und Onboarding gehören zu deinen Aufgaben.
Geht eine Lösung über No-Code hinaus, schreibst du die Anforderungen für unser Development-Team und bleibst für Umsetzung und Business Impact verantwortlich.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Operations, Business Process Automation oder Operational Excellence bringst du mit, idealerweise aus E-Commerce oder einem schnell wachsenden Scale-up.
Mindestens zwei selbst umgesetzte Automations- oder Transformationsprojekte kannst du konkret zeigen: mit Ausgangsproblem, deinem eigenen Beitrag und messbarem Ergebnis.
Mit AI-Tools wie Claude und No-Code- oder Low-Code-Plattformen wie n8n oder Make arbeitest du routiniert im Tagesgeschäft.
Workflows, Systemintegrationen, APIs und Datenflüsse verstehst du technisch sicher, ohne selbst Software zu entwickeln.
Neue Tools und Prozesse hast du schon über mehrere Abteilungen hinweg eingeführt und gegen Widerstände durchgesetzt.
Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch setzen wir voraus.
